Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY CANCELLATIONS NO REFUNDS FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING A RESERVATION. If a cancellation is made before the 24 hour timeframe then the refund will be in the same form as the deposit was made. Please allow 7-10 business banking days for your refund to post. ALL CANCELLATION OR RESERVATION CHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. Email cancellations or reservation changes to www.twomenandaladymoving@yahoo.com this is the ONLY form of cancellation notice accepted. RESERVATION CHANGES If you decide to make changes to your move reservation and we are able to accommodate we will gladly make changes. We will gladly try to accommodate 1 reservation change. If we are unable to change a reservation change request (time/date slot) it will cause the cancellation of the reservation and the deposit will NOT be refunded.
