CANCELLATIONS
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING A RESERVATION. If a cancellation is made before the 24 hour timeframe then the refund will be in the same form as the deposit was made. Please allow 7-10 business banking days for your refund to post.
ALL CANCELLATION OR RESERVATION CHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL.

RESERVATION CHANGES
If you decide to make changes to your move reservation and we are able to accommodate we will gladly make changes. We will gladly try to accommodate 1 reservation change. If we are unable to change a reservation change request (time/date slot) it will cause the cancellation of the reservation and the deposit will NOT be refunded.

Our No Refund Policy is applied to started and/or completed moves/jobs. Once a move/job is started there is a strict NO REFUND POLICY. At Two Men and a Lady Moving, we strive to put customer satisfaction first, if you have any questions or concerns during your move, please call our office.
Our reservation calendar is critical to our success here at Two Men and a Lady Moving, it controls the staffing of jobs, manpower, and our ability to provide accurate estimates.
Changes to our reservations calendar have a ripple effect in our business systems and can effect other customers. We do understand that things come up and possibly changes may occur. We have a well thought out cancellation policy designed to secure our calendar at busy moving times, therefore ensuring the satisfaction of all of our customers.
Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.
